WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Darlington did on the 21st day of March, 1963, pass By-law 2239,
being a By-law to further amend By-law 2111, as amended by By-laws
numbered 2126, 2136, 215$, 2163, 2196 as amended by By-law 2204, 2209, 2223=,
2214, 2216, 2219, 2220, 2239,2225, 2245 and 2246, and did apply to the
Ontario Municipal Board for approval of the said By-law:
AND WHEREAS the Ontario hunicipal Board did on October 2$th,
1963, conduct a public hearing to hear parties interested in supporting
or opposing the application;
AND WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board has indicated that,
upon submission of a By-law to amend By-law 2239 by deleting therefrom
paragraphs 19 and 20, approval of By-law 2239 would be given without
further hearing;
NO@: THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington hereby enacts:
i. Paragraph 19 and paragraph 20 of By-law 2239 are hereby
repealed.
2. This By-law shall come into force on the date of its passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
7TH DAY OF NOVEMBER , 1963.
