WHEREAS the Corp;ut2,tion oP the Township of Darlington duly passed a zoning by-law number 2111 on the 5th day of February, 1959, and subsequently passed an amending by-law to the Zoning by-law on the 2nd day of July, 1959, as No. 2126, AND WF~SRF.AS The Ontario A4unicipal Board did by its order dated the 7th day of July, 1959 approve the said by-laws numbered 2111 and 2126, AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Darlington deems it advisable to further amend the zoning by-law 2111 as amended by by-law 2126, NOW THEREFORE pursuant to the Planning Act 1955, Section 27 (a) as amended by The Planning Amendment Act 1959, Section 5, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington ENACTS that zoning by-law 2111 be further amended by amending Schedule "A" thereto by rezoning from R2 Residential to Agricultural a 4.03 acre parcel of land in original Township Lot 17 in the 5th concession oP the Township of Darlington more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto having 279 feet frontage on the 5th Concession Road known as the Taunton Road and running northerly therefrom for a distance of 500 feet and lying immediately westerly and northerly of Alma Street as shown on the Ormiston Plan of the Village of Hampton. Shortt, Provincial Surveyor, for L.
