4dREREAS an Official Plan and a Zoning By-law are in effect
in the Township of Darlington;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to constitute a Committee
of Adjustment for the Township of Darlington;
NOW THEREFORE, the Hiunicigal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Darlington hereby enacts as follows:
1. A Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Darlington is
hereby constituted.
2. The first members of the said Committee shall be the
following named persons, and they shall hold office for the terms
stated, or until successors are appointed;
R. W. Paseoe, for a term. of one year following January
first, 1961,
Russell Defoe, for a term of two years, following January
first, 1961,
Donald B. Dodds, for a term of three years , following
January first, 1961;
3. Subseruent appointments to the said Committee may be made
by resolution of council;
1~. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on
January first, 1961.
