~a~tiEREAS, Pursuant to the Community Centres Act, R.S.O. 1950,
as amended, and By-law 2117 of the Township of Darlington;
AP+D 4dHFREAS, the said legislation requires that a Board of
~ M~~.na.gement be appointed am~ually;
NOG' THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Township of
~ Darlington hereby enacts;
L The follodring named persons are hereby appointed to the Board
of Management of the Zion Co;rimunity Centre for the year 1961,

2. Appointments to this Board for ensuing years sha11 be by
resolution of Council.
3. The said Community Centre shall he maintained by the said
~ Board according to the Community Cer_tres Act and Regulations thereunder.
