WHEREAS John William Watson, the owner of
certain lands in Lot 13 in the Broken Front Concession of the Township
of Darlington has applied to the Minister of the Ontario Department
of Municipal Affairs for approval of a plan of subdivision thereof,
AND WHEREAS the Minister has referred the said plan
to the Township of Darlington for approval and the Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Darlington deems it advisable to enter into an
agreement with the said John William Watson concerning the terms and
conditions of its approval.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to The Planning Act, R.S.O.
1960, Chapter 296, Section 28 (6 ), The Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. The Corporation of the Township of Darlington-.enter into an
agreement with John William Watson in the form annexed hereto as
Schedule '"A".
2. The Reeve and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute
the said agreement on behalf of the Township and affix the corporate seal.
By-Law given its first and second readings and finally passed
on the ~Gd~ day of ~--~y A.D. 1961.
