4,TIEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint an auditor for
.the Township of Darlington,
NOTwT THEREFORE, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1960,
Chapter 2~.9, Section 22g, The Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Darlington hereby enacts:
1. Monteith, Monteith, Riehl & Company are hereby appointed
auditor for the Township of Darlington.
2. The salary in respect of the above appointment shall be
set from time to time by resolution of Council.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect from the
date of its passing.
