WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and desirable that an
agreement be entered into between the Township of Darlington and
the Town of Bowmanville to fix responsibility of the municipalities
for the maintenance of the Boundary Roads between the Township of
Darlington and the Town of Bowmanville.
NOZ+I THEREFORE pursuant to the provisions of the
Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1960, Chapter 219, Section l~26, The Council
of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington enacts as
follows:-
The Council of the Township of Darlington does hereby
confirm an agreement entered into with the Council of
the Town of Bowmanville for the maintenance of the
boundary roads between the two municipalities, in the
form attached hereto, as Schedule "An and forming
part of this By-law, and the Reeve and Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf
of the Corporation.
This By-law shall take effect on the day of its passing
by Council.
