kTIEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint an Assessor for
the Township of Darlington,
PdOG7 THEREFORE, pursuant to the Municipal P.ct R.S.O., 1960
Chap. 2~.9, Section 225, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Darlington hereby enacts:
1. Douglas Kemp is appointed Assessor for the Township
of Darlington.
2. The salary and allot*ances in respect of the above
appointment shall be set from time to time by resolution
of Council.
3. By-law No. 21L~0 is hereby repealed.
