By-Law No, 2128 ~
~'1' AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land situate in the
Township of Darlington in the County of Durham and being composed of
the north 108 feet more or less of Lynwood Avenue lying irmiediately
west of Lot 32, according to registered Plan 632 (part of original
township Lot 29 in the 3rd Concession oP the Township of Darlington
more particularly described as
C016~NCING at the South West angle oP Lot 32, acceding to Plan 632;
Tf~NCF. Westerly in a straight line a distance of 66 feet 5 inches
more or less to the South East angle of Lot 41, according to the
registered Plan 645 which is @i~ttlate in the western limit of Lynwood
Avenue;
TfU;NCE Northerly in and along the western limit of Lynwood Avenue
and the eastern limit of Lot 41, Plan 645, 102 feet 2 inches to the
North East angle of said Lot 41;
TI~ATCE Easterly a distance of 66 feet more or less to the North West
angle of said Lot 32, Plan 632;
THENCE Southerly in and along the Western limit of said Lot 32 and
the eastern limit of Lynwood Avenue 108 feet 2 inches to the Point
of Canmencement.
SAVE AND EACEPT the one foot reserve at the north limit of Lynwood
Avenge as shown on Plan 632,
