HomeMy WebLinkAbout2129A by-law to provide for the sale of that part of Lynwood Ave. according to Registered Plan 632, closed by by-law No. 2128 _ ~ SCHEDULE "A" By-Law No, 2129 ALL AND SIPdGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land situate in the Fownship of Darlington in the County of Durham and being composed of the north 103 feet more or less of Lynwood Avenue lying immediately west of Lot 32, according to registered Plan 632 (part of original township Lot 29 in the 3rd Concession of the Township of Darlington} more particularly described as GOT+"~$ENCTNG at the South Wast angle of Lot j2, according to Plan 632; THENCE Westerly in a straight line a distance of 66 feet 5 inches more or less to tl~ South East angle of Lot 41, according to the registered Plan 645 which is situate in the western limit of Lynwood Avenue; `T'HENCE Northerly in and along the western limit of Lynwood Avenue and the eastern limit of Lot 1, 1, Plan 645, 102 feet 2 inches to the north East angle of said Lot 41; THENCE Easterly a distance of 66 feet more or less to the North Wast angle of said .Lot 32, Plan 632; THENCE Southerly in and along the Western limit of said Lot 32 and the eastern limit of Lynwood Avenue 103 feet 2 inches to the Point oP Commencement. SAVE AND EXCEPT the one foot reserve «t the north limit of Lynwood Avenue as shown on Plan 632,
