5. Commencing in the year 1960 and in each year thereafter of the currency of
the debentures, all sums required to pay ofP the debentures and to pay
interest thereon shall be raised by assessment upon the property of ratepayers
who are supporters of public schools under the jurisdiction of School Section
No, 20 in the Township of Darlington in accordance with the provisions of
The Public Schools Act, and accordingly in each year of the currency of the
debentures there shall be levied and raised by a special rate sufficient
therefor, over and above all other rates, on all the taxable property of
ratepayers who are supporters of public schools under the jurisdiction
of the said School Section in the Township of Darlington, at the same time
and in the same manner as other rates, the sum shown for the respective
year in the fourth column of Schedule "A" hereto annexed,
6, The said debentures may contain a clause providing for the registration
thereof, pursuant to Section 335 of the Municipal Act,
7. Pending the sale of the said debentures, the head of the Council and the
Treasurer may raise for the purposes aforesaid, by way of loan on such
debentures, any sun or suns of money not exceeding in all the sum hereby
authorized to be borrowed, and mqy hypothecate such debentures for such loan,
