Therefore, pursuant to the P~un.icival Act, R.S.O., 1950, Chapter 71,3,
Section 38~ (lF~~ and amendments thereto, the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of D3rlinc=ton enacts as follows:
1. That Ry-lcw 208? of the Township of Darlinfton be and is hereby repealed,.
2, That _ ((i` ~ ~;~; ~.:~ beqg,( and is hereby appointed Assessor for the
Township of Darlin?ton, at a salary of ~'H' ~ ---
per annum.
