Whereas it is deemed expedient to appoint a 1Yeed Inspector for the
Township of Darlington,
PTOw therefore, Uursuant to the ?,Iunicipal Act R,S,O, 1950, Chapter 2~3,
Section 386, (L,.7), and amendments tl~ reto, the Council of the Corporation of the
Tormship of Drrlinr~ton enacts:
1• That A'y-law 2090 be
and is hereby repealed,
2• T1;at ~`~`. g, Pickell, be, and is hereby apx~ointed Weed Inspector for the
Township o° Darlington, and for these services he shall be paid the srm of X100,00
per annwn, and. that in addition he shall receive ~,~~,ner mile, for mileage
travelled in the performance o" the aforesaid duties,
