DESIGNATED AND ESTABLISHED AS AN AREE'~ OF SUBDIVISION CONTROL.
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Township of Darlington, in the County
of Durham, and Province of Ontario, more particularly described as follows;
1. Lots numbered 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,12,13,E+, 15,16, 17,18,19,2q,21,22,
23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35, in the Broken Front
Concession of the said Township;
Lots numbered 1,2,3,4, 5,6,7,x.5,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,
26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35, in the First and Second
Concessions of the said Township;
Lots nu~bered 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,
21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35, in the Third,
Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eight, Ninth, and Tenth
Concessions of the said Township.

of subdivision of part of Township lot 7 in the Broken Front
Concession of the said Township of Darlington, made by
J. W, Herrick, P,L.S, for Frederic Cubitt and dated the 7th day
of November, 1858,
3. Lots numbered 1 to 70 inclusive according to a registered plan
of subdivision of the property of Geroge Haines Bsq. in part
of Township lot 7 in the First Concession of the said Township
of Darlington, dated the 4th day of December, 1851.
4. Lots numbered 1 to 48 inclusive according to a registered plan
