Certain lands on which Residential Uses are Permitted
All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and pre-
mises situate, lying and being in the Township of Darlington,
County of Durham, Province of Ontario being composed of Part
of Lot 33 in the Third Concession of said Township, said parcel
or tract being more particularly described as follows:
COM[+'~NCING at a point in the easterly limit of a forced road
running nor}riaerly and southerly through part of said Lot 33
said point being distant northerly 62$ feet on a course parallel
with the westerly limit of the said Lot from the southerly limit

westerly limit of the said Lot;
THENCE southerly in and along the easterly limit of the said
forced road and parallel to the said westerly limit of the said

Lot 602 feet 4 inches more or less to a point in the eastern
limit of said Lot;
THENCE northerly in said limit $2 feet more or less to a point
distant northerly in said limit 62$ feet from the south-easterly

THENCE westerly in a straight line 602 feet 4 inches more or less
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.

Exchange and Office are Permitted.
All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and pre-
mises situate, lying and being in the Township of Darlington,
in the County of Durham, in the Province of Ontario, and being
composed of part of Lot 19 in the Sixth Concession of the said
Township which may be more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the Road Allowance between Lots 1$ and 19 has
a bearing north 16 degrees west and relating all bearings
herein thereto;
COM[+~NCING at a point in the easterly limit of said Lot 19 dis-
tant 16$.21: feet measured northerly thereon from the south-east
angle of said Lot 19;
THENCE south 74 degrees west a distance of 175 feet;
THENCE north 16 degrees west parallel to the easterly limit of
said Lot 19 a distance of 100 feet;
THENCE north 74 degrees east a distance of 175 feet to a point
in the easterly limit of said Lot 19 distant 100 feet measured
northerly thereon from the Point of Commencement;
THENCE southerly along said easterly limit of Lot 19 a distance
of 100 feet to the POINT OF COMP±ENCEMENT, containing by ad-
measurement 0.402 acres be the same more or less,
