By-law 2020-029
Being a By-law to temporarily amend the Clarington Traffic By-law 2014-059
WHEREAS By-law 2014-059 is the comprehensive traffic by-law for the Municipality of
Clarington;
AND WHEREAS Council has determined that By-law 2014-059 requires a temporary
amendment in relation to street parking on Prestonvale Road;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
Schedule 2 of By-law 2014-059 is temporarily amended by the insertion of a new
row as follows:

Side
Between
Prohibited times
of da
Prestonvale Road
East and West
Robert Adams
Anytime
Drive and Bloor
Street
2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed and
shall expire and be repealed on August 31, 2020.
