8, A dwelling for one or more families shall have a floor area on the ground
floor oP not leas than 720 square feet and each faeily unit contained therein shall not
have less than 720 square feet of floor area,
9. Nothing in this By-law shall prevent the use of anq land within the Township
as a park or community park, playpxound or a publio street.
10, This By-law shall not apply to aqp land or building which on the dad of
passing of this By-law, it is used or erected for any purpose prohibited by this By-law
ao long as it continues to be used for that purpose, nor shall this By-law apply to any
building the plans for which have been prior to the day of passing of this By-law been
approved by the Municipal Architect or Building Inapecta~r, so long as the building
when erected is used for the purpose for which it was erected,
11. Any person convicted of s breach of the prorlaions of this Hy-law, shall
Forfeit and pqq, at the discretion of the convicting magistrate, a penalty not
exceeding the swa of $50,00 For rash of;'ence, exclusive of costa.
12, The minimum requirements for buildings used Por Caannercial or Industrial
purposes shall be as follows:
(a) Set-back 30 feet Prom the Front lot line.
(b) Side-Yard where they abut a residential area, of half the
height of the building, or 15 feet, whichever is
the greater ,
(o) Off Street Parking A minimuat of 200 feet aP parking area for every
100 square feet of floor area in respect of commercial
urea and parking apace(200 Sgft,) par every 5
employees in respect oP industries,
THIS HY-LAW SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AND AFTER RECEIVING THE APPROVAL OF THS
MUNICIPAL BOARD,
