and Durham pursuant to the order of the Ont„rio Municipal Board

there shall be raised b;* a special rate on all the rateable
pre pertz> liable therefore in the 'T'ownship of Darlington a sum
sufficient to pay the Township's share of the annual payment of
principal and intere=.t,
2. The Township's share of the annual payment of principal and
interest referred to in clause 1 shall be calculated by the same per-
centage of the total of principal and interest needed in that year to
repay the debt of the corporation of the Unit ed Counties of Northum-
berland and Durham incurred under its By-Law A'~o. / 73~ , as is used
to calculate.;: the Tbvmship's share of the cost of Maintenance of the
District
schools under the jgrisdiction of the Lurham County~High School
-Board, under decision of the Board of Arbitrators for the Durham
County High Schcol Listrict, made the 22nd day of July, 1953, as
1 ong as the said decision remains in Affect, and after the said
decision ceases to be in effect, the Tovarahip's share of such annual
payment shall be determined i_r, accordance with. the r,rovision of
The Secondary Schoo7_s ar_d Boards of education Act, 1954.
3• That the 'T'ownship's share of the annual payrient of principal
and interest shall be paid to the Treasurer of the Corporation of the
