The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington hereby e~sacte
that the several sums of money hereinafter be mentioned be levied upon the whole of
the rateable property of the acid Township of Darlington as it appe3ra by the last
revised asses~nt roll for the said township made in the year 195~,save-sad eaoaapt
the atmme mentioned ae Local School Batea,which sums shall be levied upon the ae~aral
school sections ae per schedule attached, and the sum to be levied for Fire Protection
which sum shall be levied upon the Assessment of Buildings only,Re Aaseasmeat Aot 1947,
Section 35. ..
1. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollara($32,000.00)aa required for County Ba~hea.
by a rate of 7.09.milla.
2, The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollara(45,000.00) as required for special Road
Bate,by a rate of 10 mills.
3. The aam of Hine Thousand Dollars($9,000.00) ae required for Township Rate, by a
rate of 2 ffille.
4. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Dollsre(28,000.00)aa required for District High
School Hatea,by a rate of .6,36 ffi11.a.
5. The sum of (19212.00) Hineteea Thousand Two Hundred And Twelve Dollars,as required
to be raised fns f3eaersl School Rate,pnrausat to the Statatea on that behalf,
by a rate of 4.26 mills.
~„ The sum of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty one Dollars and Fifty Ceata
~as required to be raised on South Darliugton Township 3ehool Area to retire the
Debeaturea due is 1955,by a mill rate of 4.45 mills.
