2. The Township's share of the annual payment of principal and
interest referred to in Clause 1 shall be calculated by the same
percentage of the total of principal and interest needed in that
year to repay the debt of the Corporation of the United Counties
of i~orthumberland and Lurham incurred under its By-Law Po. 1754
as is used to calculate the `t'ownship's share of the cost of
maintenance of the school under the jurisdiction of the Durham
County District kigh School Board, under decision of the ~saa?'d-
of Arbitrators for the Durham County riig.i School District,ms~de
the 22nd day of July, 1953, as long as the said decision remains
in effect, and after the said decision ceases to be in effect,
the 't'ownship's share of such annual payment shall be determined
in accordance with the provisions of 1'he Secondary Schools and
Boards of r;ducation Act, 1954.
3. That the Township's share of the annual pa;rment of principal
and. interest shal_ be paid to the Treasurer of the Corporation
of the United Counties of Vorthumberland and Durham annually on
or before the 15th day of June during the currency
of the debentures.
