HomeMy WebLinkAbout2042A by-law to provide for the levy and collection of an annual dog license from every person who is assessed as owner or tenant of any land or premises or a roomer or boarder therein, for every dog which the person owns or harbours within the Numicipality and the annual registration by the person of the dog.

5. The license fee shall be due and payable to the clerk of
the aunicipality on or before the 15 day of Decembor in every
year.
6. Every dog which is found off the premises upon which it
is habitually kept without a tag and not under the control of any
person may be killed.
7. Every person who contravenes any of the provisions of
this by-law shall upon conviction thereof be liable to a fine of
not less than X10.00 and not more than X50.00 and costs and the
same shall be recoverable under the Summary Convictions Aet.
This by-law given its first, second and third reading
and finally passed the 28th dap of February , 1956.
