HomeMy WebLinkAbout1185A by-law to prohibit the owner or lessee of any trailer from permitting the use of a trailer for the living, sleeping or eating accomodation of a person or persons within the municipality. The Dunicipal Council of the Township of Darlington pursuant to The Municipal Act and being Revised Statutes of Ontario 1950, chapter 2t~3, section 35$, paragraph 91A as enacted by 1 Elizabeth 11 1952, hereby enacts as follows: 1. The owner or lessee of any trailer is prohibited from~.perrnitting the use of any trailer for living, sleeping or eating accomodation of a person or persons within the municipality of the Township of .Darlington for any period exceeding sixty days in any period of ten consecutive months. 2. The provisions of this by-law shall apply to any trailer whether or not such trailer was used for the living, sleeping or eating accomodation of a person or persons before this by-law liras passed. 3. Any person convicted of a breach of the provisions of this by-law shall forfeit and pay, at the discretion of the convicting magistrate a penalty of not less than 10.00 and not more than X50.00, exclusive of costs, and each dap that a person contravenes the provisions of this by-law shall be deemed to constitute a separate offence. 4• This by-law shall come into force upon the final passim; t'_nereof.
