A By-law for the appointment of a Local Board of Health for the year 1943.
Passed January 11th, 1943.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington hereby
enacts that Dr. C.J. Austin, W.H. Pickell, and C.M. Carruthers be, and they are
hereby appoiated as a Looal Board of Health, and Sydney %ereey as Sanitary
Inspector for the Township of Darlington £or the year 1943, and that. they be
paid for their services as provided for by the Statutes of Ontario and
regulations governing thereby.
