1'dHEFtEAS application has been made by the Department
of Highways to oldse and stop up the said avenues numbers 17 and
18 in order to feailitate the building of a double provincial
highway.
AND l"aHEREA~ the proper notiaesof the said application have
been pu~llshed and it appearing that no person will be prejudioially
affected by reason of the alosing and stopping up of the saifl
avenues.
NDw THEREFORE THE ZdUNICIPAL CGUNCIL DF TfiE TUWNSHI~ OF
DARLINOTUYd H'i;RsBY ENACTS pursuant to 'Ehe Tduniaipal Aat R.S.O. 1937,
chapter 266, aeation 495, and amendments thereto, as followsa
THAT avenues numbers 17 and 18 as shown on a plan
known as Ontario Beaoh Park and registered as Plan number 97 in
the Registry Office for the West Riding of the County of Durham
and being part of Township Lots numbers 22 and 23 in the Broken
Front Conn ession of tYa® Township of Darlington, are hereby closed
and stopped up throughout their entire length and breadth and are
not bo b® used as streets in any manner whatsoever in so far as the
said avenues may be shown on said Plan number 97•
