best interests of the ratepayers of this municipality to
hold the nomination and election of the said municipal
offioiels on the Friday preceding the last Monday in
November and on the first Monday in December respectively.
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Township of
Darlington enacts pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Act R.5.0. Chapter 266, section 76, as Follows:
1. The meeting of electors for nomination of candidates
for the office of reeve, deputy reeve and councillors shall
be held on the Friday preceding the last Monday in November.
2. A poll, when necessary, for the election of the reeve,
deputy reeve and councillors shall be held on the first Monday
irl December.
3. .This by-law shall remain in force from year to pear
until repealed.
