Wf:~REAS The Corporation of the =own ship of Darlington is authorized to pass by-laws for the regulating the keeping of domestic fowl or pigeons, or cattle, dogs, swine, horses, rabbits, mink, foxes or other animals, or kennels for the boarding or breeding of dogs and cats within the municipality or defined areas thereof; under and by virtue of the provisions oP Section 405 of The DTunicipal Ket, R.S.O., 193'], Chapter 2b6 and aaendments thereto. BE IT T3u3EFORE ?.RACT~ by the Corporation of the `t'ownship of Darlington as follows: 1. THIS By-law shall apply to areas in the runicinality other than farm areas and shall particularly apply to villages or `! valets within the township of Darlington. 2. Domestic fowl, pigeons, cattle, dos , swine horses, rabbits, wink, faxes and other animals may be kept and maintained crly in stables, barns, kennels or pens which have been regularly cleaned and disinfected and shall be distant at least one hundred feet from any dwelling, school, church or other public or private build ing, save and except only buildin~~s owned or occupied b> ersors keening or maintaining such fowl or animal. 3. Kennels for the breeding or boardic:~ o° cats and dogs shall he regularly cleaned and disinfected and may be mai ntained on1l in such away as not to create a nuisance by reason of smell, noise ~ ~~ otherwise. Such kennels for th® breeding or boarding of cats and ~nc~°s at shall be distan~least three hundred yards from any dwelling, sch x-1, church or other building, public or private, save and except or;:~y ''~~. buildings owned by persons keeping such ken:,els. 4.
