HomeMy WebLinkAbout1072A By-Law to raise by way of taxation certain sums of money for Township, ounty, and School purposes in the Township of Darlington for the year 1939.
Tlie bfuni.cipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of ~'lington•
hereby enact that the several sums of money herin after mentioned be levied '
upon the whole of the rateable property of the said Township of Darlington
as it appears by the last revised assessment roll of the said township
save and except the soma mentione;: as Local school rates and for School
Debentures # 17 in School"Section No, 8, School Debenture No. 15 in School
Section No. 19, and School Debenture No. 1?_ in School Section No. 24, which
sums shall be levied uuon the several School Sections respectively named.
The Sum of Twenty Six Thousand, Nine hundred and forty-seven Dollars
and sever_ty-eight cents by a rate of eleven and three-tenths mills.
The Sum of $421+,77 by a rate to be levied on the rateable property of
S.S. # 8 of the said Township, Being the amount required to retire and
settle Debenture No, 17 and interest coupons due .in 1935• Having been
issued by the Township of Darlington at the request of the board of trustees
o£ the sdldid School Section, Rate. 2,29 Mills.
(III) The sun' of $259.LE5 by a rate
of S,S. # 19 of the said Townshi to be levied upon the rateable property
