By-law 2020-025
Being a By-law to amend Interim Control By-law 2018-083
Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
advisable to amend By-law 2018-083;
Now Therefore Be It Resolved That, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1. By-law 2018-083 is amended as set out in Sections 2 of this By-law
2. Adding the following Section:
"2 i) Notwithstanding section 1. b an addition to an existing dwelling that alters the
street fagade is permitted at 94 Elgin Street provided it does not exceed:
ii) A height of 8 meters;
iii) A lot coverage of 35%
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of its passage.
Passed in Open Council this 14th day of April, 2020.
