Business Arising out of Previous Meetings 4.1 Accessibility Annual Report — was received by Council. 4.2 Work Plan Discussion 4.3 Wheelchair Accessible Parking Signs — June to provide update 4.4 Discuss details of 2020 events: • Maplefest (May 2nd, 9-5) = volunteers at a booth shared with Tourism or Diversity Committee • Canada Day Celebration (July 1st 5-10 PM at Garnet B Rickard) = Banners and tables in the lobby, no volunteers • Bluesberry Festival (August 22nd, 9-5) = Ask Tourism or Diversity Committee to distribute materials on behalf of the Accessibility Advisory Committee • Newcastle Harvest Festival (October 3rd, 9-2) = Tim Van Leeuwen will distribute materials up and down the festival, no booth. • Apple Festival (October 17th, 9-5) = volunteers at a booth shared with Tourism or Diversity Committee • International Day of People with Disabilities (December 3) Please advise the Clerk's Department by calling 905-623-3379, ext. 2109 or emailing clerks clarington.net, if you are unable to attend the meeting.
