The Bo~rd explained to Mr, Locke that th~ Ghodls by~law was not approved by, the Board in December 1994 and that he has a lot of work to do with the Town in order to get a by-faw,approved eithe: by the To~ or by thi~ Board. The B'o~rd agrees however with Mr. Hefferon that a fast food restaurant was always contemplated for the Ghod1s site but . , , a large office building was many years in the future.
