The consultant has now finalized the 'draft' Courtice South Employment Area Secondary Plan policies. Copy of same has been forwarded to members of Council under separate cover. A copy of the Draft Secondary Plan is being circulated to a number of ministerial agencies and regional and local municipal departments for review and comment. 4 The subject Public Meeting has been scheduled to advise members of Council, affected land owners and the public of the 'draft' policies and provide opportunity for input on said document. The statutory Public Meeting as required by the Planning Act will be advertised and held prior to Council adopting secondary plan policies for the subject area. It is recommended that the document be referred back to Staff for further review and a subsequent report upon receipt of all agency comments and required revisions.
