In accordance with section 45 o~the Planning Act R:S.O. 1990, aIr
applications received by the Town for minor variance are scheduled
to be heard within 30 days of being received by the Secretary-
Treasurer. On April 9, 1992, the Committee APPROVED the one (1)

Application A92/021 proposed to vary the sideyard requirements of
the Town's Comprehensive zoning By-law to permit the applicant to
construct a swimming pool having an exterior sideyard of 2.0 metres
as opposed to the by-law minimum 6.0 metres. The applicant is able
to comply with all other zone provisions, as well as the Town's
fence by-law.
Staff have reviewed the Committee's decision and are satisfied that
the decision conforms to the general intent of the Official Plan
