OF DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 86-76 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-3-87 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Pinetree Development Co. Ltd. on behalf of Justine Holdings Limited to remove the (H) Holding Symbol, on a 6.417 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 30, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington, to permit the development of a commercial building on municipal services be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report. BACKGROUND: On December 3, 1986, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Pinetree Development Co. Ltd. on behalf of Justine Holdings Limited to rezone a 6.417 hectare (15.8 acre) parcel of land in Part Lot 30, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington (see attached map). The purpose of the application would be to facilitate the development of a * commercial shopping centre at the intersection of Trulls Road and Highway No. 2 in Courtice. ...2 ~~c~ REPORT NO.: PD-3-87 Page 2 The application has been circulated to various agencies for comment and * attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council's information . It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirernents of the Planning Act.
