1. ADOPTION OF MINUTES
Moved by Eveyln Stroud, seconded by Adrian Foster
2. PRESENTATION
Lolly Prinzen gave a presentation regarding the Rick Hansen Wheels in
Motion campaign. Ms. Prinzen stated that each municipality that would
like to be involved would put in their own teams and make up there own
events for the campaign, which is to be held on June 13, 2004. She also
stated that 50% of the proceeds will be returned to the use of the
community and the other 50% will be donated to spinal cord injuries. The
Foundation will supply the committee with posters, t-shirts but with a cost
of $12.00 per t-shirt with no charge for team logo’s to be transferred unto
shirts, this would be the only cost facture.
3. MOTION
Moved by Evelyn Stroud, seconded by Suzanne Wortman
THAT Lolly Prinzen be thanked for her presentation to the committee and that
the foundation has great support concept, but we as a committee feel that we
cannot get involved at this point in time.

5. OTHER BUSINESS
The next meeting will be held Wednesday March 31, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. in
Meeting Room #1A.
