1. ADOPTION OF MINUTES
In absence of a quorum, the approval of the minutes of January 8, 2004 was
deferred to the next meeting.
2. PROTOCOL FOR COUNCIL-APPOINTED ADVISORY COMMITTEES – Report
PSD-007-04
The members present indicated that they had reviewed the report.
3. SUB COMMITTEES – Membership – Referred from January 8 Meeting
There was an informal review of site plans and discussion of the purpose of each
sub-committee. It was agreed that a letter will be sent out to each member
asking which sub-committee they would like to sit on.
4. CORRESPONDENCE
Deferred to next meeting.
5. OTHER BUSINESS
Patti B. gave a brief overview of what took place at the Durham Accessibility
meeting and indicated that the attendees expressed an interest in having similar
meetings three or four times a year.

Advisory Committee
Evylin S. gave a review of the Bowmanville Community Improvement Plan
Committee’s first meeting. She expressed concerns on behalf of the CAAC with
proposals for the planting of more trees, the placement of textured paving, and
the contouring of the curbs at intersections. The Improvement Area is on King
Public Open House
