(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of a 908 m2 parcel of land located
in Part Lot 10, Concession 1, former Town of
Bowmanville ( 15 Church Street) from "Urban
Residential (R1) " to a zone appropriate to permit
a parking area for the proposed general commercial
use to be located at 196 King Street East.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of lands located in Part Lot 24,

Road and Highway #2 .
