(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would change the
zone category of a 4 ha parcel of land located in
Part of Lots 29 and 30, Concession 2, former Township
of Darlington, from "Special Commercial Exception
(C4-11)" which permitted the establishment of a
Market and Auction Barn on a temporary basis to a zone
appropriate to permit a permanent Flea Market and
Auction Barn.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would change the
zone category of a 0.22 ha parcel of land located in
Part of Lot 29, Concession 3, former Township of
Darlington from "Holding - Urban Residential Type Two
Special Exception ((H)R2-3) to "Environmental Protection
(EP)." The proposed Neighbourhood Amendment Plan would
change the subject lands from "Residential Low Density"
and "Residential High Density" to "Minor Open Space",
to facilitate the development of a draft approved plan
of subdivision on the abutting lands (18T-91005).

(c) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would change the zone
category of a 33.426 ha parcel of land located in Part
Lots 11 and 12, Concession 1, Bowmanville, from "General
Industrial Exception (M2-1)", "Urban Residential Type
One (R1)" and "Environmental Protection (EP)" to permit
the development of 69 single family dwelling units and
71 townhouse units.
