PUBLIC MEETINGS PAGE 201 (a) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to introduce a Secondary Separate School symbol on a part of the lands in Part Lot 13, Concession 2, former Town of Bowmanville. LINMAC INC. - REPORT PD-131-93 301 (b) Proposed Official P1an,Amendment to: 1) delete the lands subject of this Amendment from Amendment No. 40 to the Official Plan of the former Town of Newcastle; 2) amend "Schedule 7-1 - Land Use Structure Plan, Bowmanville" to include the lands bounded by Highway No. 2, the Canadian Pacific Railway, and Scugog Street, within the boundaries of the Bowmanville Major Urban Area and the Bowmanville Main.Central Area; 3) amend "Schedule 7-2 - Land Use Structure Plan, Bowmanville Main Central Area" to add the following land use designations to the subject site: i) "Medium and High Density Residential" on the west side of Bowmanville Creek to permit a residential building with a maximum of five (5) storeys, and a maximum of 57 units; ii) "Hazard Lands" within the Regional Storm Floodline; iii) "Block 8" as "Commercial" with a maximum of 3500 square metres of "Gross Retail and Personal Service Floor Space", and adjust the total "Floor Space Allocation" for the Main Central Area accordingly; and 4) increase the total gross retail and personal service floor area for the Bowmanville Main Central Area from 46,500 square metres to 50,000 square metres.
