(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category from in part "Residential Mobile Home Park
(RM)" and in part "Environmental Protection (EP)" to
an appropriate zone or zones in order to:
1. Add single detached units as permitted uses,
2. Reduce the required mobile home site area from
325 square metres to 300 square metres,
3. Permit a 7.5 metre setback from lot lines, and
4. Permit a 1.0 metre setback for carports from
any internal road.
