(a) A Modification to Amendment #41 to the Town of
Newcastle Official Plan to establish a Sub-Central
Area in Courtice in the general vicinity of
Townline Road and King Street (Highway 2) and a
Neighbourhood Park east of Darlington Blvd. south of
King Street. These lands were previously subject to
the Courtice West Highway 2 Corridor Study; and
An Amendment #10 to the Courtice West Neighbourhood
Development Plan to implement modifications to
Amendment #41 to the Town of Newcastle Official Plan.

Official Plan to establish an 8082 square metre
commercial plaza on a 3.3 hectare parcel of land
in Part Lot 35, Concession 2, former Township of
Darlington on the east side of Townline Road and
North of Highway #2.

(c) An application to amend the Town of Newcastle

within an existing 2,309 square metre commercial
plaza located on a 0.91 hectare parcel of land in

Darlington along the south side of Highway #2, east
of Townline Road.
