(a) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of the Town of Newcastle Official Plan
to permit the creation of 2300 mz floor space for
personal service and retail commercial uses.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category from "Holding Urban Residential Type One
((H)Rl)" to a zone appropriate to permit the
proposed use.

Proposed Neighbourhood Plan Amendment to amend the
Residential designation to a designation appropriate
to permit the proposed use on a 0.695 hectare parcel
of land located in part of lot 29 and 30, Concession 2,
former Township of Darlington.
