(a) Proposed .Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 1.01 hectare parcel of land in Part
- Lot 15, Concession 3, former Township of Darlington,
from Agricultural (A) to an appropriate zone in
order to permit the development of two (2) additional
single family dwellings.

category of a 27.13 hectare parcel of land in Part
Lots 11 and 12, Concession 3, former Township of
Clarke, from "Agricultural (A)" and "Agricultural -
Special Exception (A-1)" to an appropriate zone to
recognize the existing sanitary landfill site and to
permit additional landfilling on a 0.58 hectare
(1.4 acre) parcel on the site (Infill Proposal).
