(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of an 18.88 hectare parcel of land located
in Part Lot 29, Concession 2, former .Township of
Darlington from "Holding Urban Residential Type One
((H)R1)" to zone categories which would permit the
revised plan of subdivision (18T-87092) consisting
of 114 single detached units, 98 semi-detached units,
25 street townhouse units and a block for 61 townhouse
units for a total of 298 residential units.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of an 11.9 hectare parcel of land located in
Part Lot 21, Concession 5, in the former Township of
Darlington from Agricultural - Special Exception (A-1)

the development of two (2) rugby fields and an
associated clubhouse.
