(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 81.7 square metre parcel of land located
in Part Lot 15, Concession 1, former Township of
Darlington, from "Agricultural (A)" to an appropriate
zone to permit the development of a sales pavillion
comprising four separate new home sales trailers.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 1.33 hectare parcel of land located in Part
Lot 31, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington,
from in part Urban Residential Type One (R1) and in
part Holding-Urban Residential Type One ((H)R1) to an
appropriate zone or zones in order to permit the
development of an 80 unit plan of subdivision, consisting
of 10 semi-detached/link units, 14 townhouse units and 2
apartment blocks with 32 units and 24 units
respectively.
Proposed Official Plan Amendment to increase the
population allocation for the 2B neighbourhood from
approximately 4300 to 4550 persons.

(c) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 1.01 hectare parcel of land located in
Part Lot 7, Concession 7, former Township of
Darlington, from in part "Agricultural Exception
(A-1)" and in part "Environmental Protection (EP)"
to an appropriate zone in order to permit the
construction of an accessory building within the
floodplain of the Soper Creek System.

(d) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to incorporate
policies into the Official Plan of the Town of Newcastle
which will encourage the creation of an adequate and
accessible supply of housing that is affordable for all
residents of the Town.
