(a) Proposed Revised Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of lands in Part Lots 15 & 16, Concession 1,
former Town of Bowmanville from "Low Density Residential"
to permit the development of a Local Central Area and an
increase to the neighbourhood population target through
the expansion of the existing Medium Density and High
Density symbols.

Proposed Revised Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of specific areas of the Draft Approved
Plan of Subdivision 18T-88046 to permit the development
of a 2055 m2 commercial floor space, 35 townhouse units
and 160 apartment units producing an additional 195 units
to the Draft Approved Plan. In addition, the application
proposes to re-align zoning boundaries in the school
block to reflect previous revisions to the plan.
