(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 12.658 hectare parcel of land located
in Part Lot 28, Concession 1, former Village of
Newcastle from in part "Urban Residential Type One -
Special Exception (R1-1)" in part "Agricultural
Exception (A-1)" and in part "Environmental Protection
(EP)" to an appropriate zone or zones in order to permit
the development of a plan of subdivision consisting of
25 single family dwelling lots and one block for
future development.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of a .73 hectare parcel of land in
Part Lot 24, Broken Front Concession "B" from in
part "Environmental Protection (EP)" to an
.appropriate zone in order to permit the development
of one additional single detached dwelling lot.

Bowmanville from "Holding - Urban Residential

permit the proposed development. The proposed
Draft Plan of Subdivision is for 117 Townhouses
on this 4.13 hectare parcel of land.
