(a} Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 1.62 ha of land in Part Lot 34, Concession 2,
former Township of Darlington, to permit the development
of 929 m2 of commercial office floor space, 3717 m2 of
commercial retail floor space and 110 apartment units.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 2.04 hectare parcel of land in Part Lot 10,
Concession 2, former Township of Clarke, from Agricultural
Exception (A-1) to an appropriate zone to permit the
development of six (6) Hamlet Residential lots with
municipal water and private septic systems.

(c) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to adjust the target
population of the 3B Neighbourhood in order to permit the
development of an 88.22 hectare parcel of land located in
Part Lot 28 and 29, Lots 30 and 31, Broken Front Concession,
former Village of Newcastle, with a mix of single family
dwellings, townhouses and apartments totalling a maximum
of 1650 residential units. In addition the proposal
includes a 70 unit motel and various commercial uses.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of the subject lands from in part Agricultural (A),
Holding Urban Residential - Exception ((H)R3-4), Holding -
Urban Residential - Exception ((H)R4-5), Holding -
Special Purpose Commercial - Exception ((H)C5-6), Holding -
Environmental Protection - Exception ((H)EP-1) and
Environmental Protection (EP) to an appropriate zone or
zones to implement the above noted development.
