(a) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of the subject lands in Part Lot 11,
Concession 1, former Town of Bowmanville from
Low Density Residential to an appropriate
designation to permit the development of a 6 storey,
89 unit condominium with 433 square metres of retail
floor space on the ground floor.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of the subject property from, in part,
"Urban Residential Type One (R1)" and in part,
"Service Station Commercial (C7)" to wn appropriate
zone category in order to permit the above-noted
development.
