(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of the subject lands from "Holding - Light
Industrial ((H)M1]" to an appropriate zone to allow
outside storage as a permitted use.

(b) Proposed Revised Official Plan Amendment to change
the designation of a 33.2 hectare parcel of land
in Part Lots 11 & 12, Concession 1, former Town of
Bowmanville, from "Open Space", "Hazard Land" and
"Industrial" to an appropriate designation to
permit the development of 16 single family dwellings,
96 link dwelling units, 7 townhouse units, 390
apartment units on five separate blocks and two
blocks of retail commercial space totalling
1100 sq. m.
Proposed Revised Zoning By-law Amendment to change
the zone category of the subject parcel from
"Environmental Protection (EP)", "Holding - Urban
Residential Type One [(H)R1]" and "General
Industrial Exception (M2-1)" to an appropriate
zone to permit the above noted development.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
(c) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to change the
designation of a 26.1 hectare (64.5 acre) parcel
of land in Part Lot 26, Concession 2, former
Township of Clarke from "Permanent Agricultural
Reserve" to "Urban Residential" to permit the
development of a subdivision with 294 single
family homes and 77 townhouse units.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the
zone category of these lands from "Agricultural
Exception (A-1)" to an appropriate zone category to
implement the above noted development.
