Concession, former Township of Clarke, from in part "Agricultural (A)" and in part "Environmental Protection (EP)" to an appropriate zone in order to permit the development of two additional single family dwelling lots. CURD - REPORT PD-1-91 30 (b) Revised Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 9.95 hectare parcel of land in Part Lot 10, Concession 2, former Town of Bowmanville, from "Agricultural (A)" to an appropriate zone to permit the development of a 161 unit subdivision. SCHICKEDANZ - REPORT PD-2-91 302 (c) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category for several properties on the south-east corner of Townline Road and Nash Road from "Urban Residential Type One (R1)" and "Holding-Urban Residential Type One ((H)R1)" to an appropriate zone to permit walk-up apartment buildings (maximum 3 stories) and/or townhouses. Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category for some properties along the Highway No. 2 corridor between Townline Road and Varcoe Road/ Darlington Blvd. from "Special Purpose Commercial (C5)", "Urban Residential Type One (Rl)" and "Holding-Urban Residential Type One ((H)Rl)" to an appropriate zone to redefine the basic level of uses permitted, to require minimum frontage of 40 metres, and to establish the minimum floorspace for a retail commercial establishment at 600 square metres.
